EB Mods JS Racing "TX-521R" Fully Modified .21 Nitro Engine.

The JS TX-521R was designed by Ed Bridges of EB Mods with JS Racing. Ed Bridges was able to produce a high horsepower, fuel efficient, and durable engine.

The EB Mod's Fully Modified JS TX-521R VOX has been blueprinted, and hand assembled, with parts selected for each individual engine to guarantee a precision fit between all the parts, to provide the longest engine life and best possible performance. The Full Mod JS TX-521R VOX is then broken in, and dyno tuned by EB Mods to ensure that every engine meets the performance requirements set by Ed Bridges.

* Connecting Rod: The rod is milled to reduce weight, and then treated to strengthen and eliminate any machining stresses.

* Piston: The piston is lightened on a Milling Machine while maintaining strength and integrity.

* Crankshaft: The Crank has undergone extensive R&D testing with different ratios of balance between the Crankshaft, Piston, and Rod assembly. All this testing has helped develop a lighter crankshaft, with improved balance, while keeping proper crankshaft inertia for a smoother idle.

* Port Timing: The timing has been adjusted to offer a more linear feel across the bottom-end with a noticeable increase in the Mid and Upper RPM power. The usable rpm range is increased to 45,000rpm, compared to the stock 40,000rpm range.

* Crankshaft: The Crank has been Titanium Nitride coated (TiN) to reduce friction and increase engine life. The crank is then bored and filled with silicone to reduce rotating weight, while maintaining proper crankshaft balance for quick acceleration and smooth idle.

Features:
* Hand Matched piston and sleeve
* Optimized sleeve timing and port design for increased run time
* Re-enforced case for better concentric mating during thermal expansion and contraction
